Do NOT buy Monogram appliances! They have been a complete nightmare. I purchased a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, and double oven — all Monogram — from Artisan Kitchen and Bath. Since day one, I’ve had constant issues with both the fridge and dishwasher. The fridge began leaking and wouldn’t close properly as soon as it was installed. We are repeat customers of AAB after having them design our kitchen and supply appliances for that project and others. We went in just before Christmas to replace our wash machine. We worked with Greg who showed us the models in our price range. We looked in the basement (ding and dent) and found a Speed Queen that was just above our limit. Greg pointed out that it was basically $700 off due to some tape residue and a dent the size of a half-dollar on the side. Note, that all the warrantees still applied fully.
