Do NOT buy Monogram appliances! They have been a complete nightmare. I purchased a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, and double oven — all Monogram — from Artisan Kitchen and Bath. Since day one, I’ve had constant issues with both the fridge and dishwasher. The fridge began leaking and wouldn’t close properly as soon as it was installed. It took five service visits before a supervisor finally discovered that the door was installed incorrectly.
