Never do business with these people. We contracted with them mid October 2024. They were to remove kitchen cabinets and install new shaker cabinets. Work was to be done the first week of December 2024. We paid them $5000 up front for some material costs. Total wipe-out. We trusted Thumbtack and the reviews and the initial meetings with Stewart Jackson of Artisan all led to our agreeing to enter into a $100,000 contract. From the start, after a $25k deposit it turned into a total nightmare. They agreed to start April 15 and finish June 30th 2024. They never showed up but for a few days, the work they did was a nightmare and we were trapped! We had deadlines and they ignored them, did not communicate. There were multiple days where he didn't show up despite multiple promises he would. Claimed it would take one week to complete shower, and took 4 and a half weeks. Then the shower leaked from multiple points and when tried to contact he refused to come back to fix anything and refused to contact me and left me on read like a bad one night stand after I paid for the entire project in full upfront. Buyer beware!!!!
