Dan performed a home inspection for me and he was phenomenal! He’s so knowledgeable on what to look for in a home, how and who to call to get it fixed, and took the time to explain everything. He’s a clear professional with a wide range of knowledge on everything to do with construction, inspections, and maintaining a home. Dan is excellent to work with. I used him several years ago when I bought my first home and his review of the home was honest and thorough. It helped us get repairs made going in that have resulted in minimal needs for repairs in the following years.
