Amazing service that helped my family but a house when we didn't think we had any options available. Very knowledgeable and within 6 weeks of contacting them we had an offer that was accepted and closed on. Will be forever grateful for all the work that they did to get us I to the housing market. Great for anyone who has everything they need to get into the market but a sufficient down payment. If you can do your part of the work, pay your share, and you don't drag your feet, you won't be disappointed.

Very detailed process, lots of prep/paperwork, but despite the time and detail required, provide it on time and accurately and you should be fine, finally own my first home despite feeling like I would never be able to given the current economy and ridiculous bank requirements.
Most amazing place.. they helped me a widowed father of 4 buy a house Dean and the team are amazing I couldn’t have done it with out them love you all owe you guys the world the worked there butts off to do what I thought was impossible but they truly made my life better and have done more for me than anyone in life they are mine and my kids saviours they have given us a start when no one else could I am now on my 4th year in my house and we love it
