Amazing service that helped my family but a house when we didn't think we had any options available. Very knowledgeable and within 6 weeks of contacting them we had an offer that was accepted and closed on. Will be forever grateful for all the work that they did to get us I to the housing market. Great for anyone who has everything they need to get into the market but a sufficient down payment. Very detailed process, lots of prep/paperwork, but despite the time and detail required, provide it on time and accurately and you should be fine, finally own my first home despite feeling like I would never be able to given the current economy and ridiculous bank requirements.
