Absolutely love my new barn doors and hardware. Super easy to work with and extremely responsive company. I would highly recommend them!!
Not impressed with the customer service. My mistake... I ordered barn door handles not realizing that the handles come in singles not pairs. This is not clarified on the website. I paid the $15 shipping for the first handle. Called customer service and explained that I needed a second handle and asked if I could have the second shipping fee waved. I have installed a lot of Barn Doors. I have used a lot of different hardware, the client wanted to use this one. The Hardware was ok, not great, nothing special, over priced. The customer service is awkward and challenging... Rustica and Artisan are the same company and customer services - but with different products, accounts, and prices. Making changes to your order, or making returns is very challenging. I decided to order a barn door for my living room based off a recommendation from a friend. I am highly disappointed. They sent a door with a huge dent in it and refuse to do anything about it. Don’t waste your money.
