Homely salon with great tea recommendations while you let the color sit. Ceilon is a great conversationalist and very talented with hair. I’ve been to several salons in Billings and no one has mentioned the crown of my head. She really has nailed down the art of hair! Her website is very user-friendly and I still can’t believe how good her hours are. I was able to book an appointment online after 5pm and stayed until about 8pm - not a dull, awkward moment!
Ceilon has cut my hair for years. Always reliable for a great look and I trust her completely. The witty banter is a free bonus !! Highly recommend 👍🏼
