Dr. Heng is so kind and professional. She really takes the time to listen. I did have to go to another podiatrist for faster results and better communication. It took over 28 business days to start a perscription here due to, the office staff not answering phones, not replying to voicemails or returning calls. I went to the office in person multiple times for a resolution and it still took 28 days. Dr Heng is always friendly and professional, because of that I decided to take my 97-year-old mother there because of an ingrown toenail. Dr. Heng treated the area and put my mom at ease and as usual was super nice to my mother. I would recommend her to anyone seeking podiatry care.
I had a great experience at this office the doctor was very nice, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was straightforward about my care. I also appreciated that I didn’t have to wait long. I would definitely recommend this office.
