We had exceptional service from Jason, Jenny and their team. I would wholeheartedly recommend Artisan. The work was done on the schedule they promised; they didn't go a cent over the quote they provided; and Jason was super easygoing and flexible about figuring out our backup generator when our power went out in the middle of the job. We contacted Jason when we had a leak in our refrigerator and he was there later that day! He recommended we get the floors dried and then he and his team would return. When they came in the work was exceptional!! We have used Artisan Flooring once before and I would use them again if and when we need them done. Absolutely amazing job on floors on our home built in 1923 that had been covered under nasty old carpet for about 75 years. Jason and his team also added new oak flooring in the kitchen and did miracles with old fir flooring throughout the house. It is like a brand new home but the newly refinished floors maintain all the character and warmth of a home built 100 years ago - well done!
Jason and his crew do beautiful work! We were very pleased with their install and finishing over 1,800 sq feet of hardwood flooring including stairs. I highly recommend Artisan Flooring!
