Chad was incredible! Communication was timely and clear. Explained in detail what was wrong and how to fix it. Quite honestly he found something that could have burnt our home down! He stayed, fixed the issues, installed junction box and plug in. Very professional! Thanks Chad !
Owner Chris did a bid for rerouting Comcast cables thru attic and setting up TV. Excellent advice on options and quick turnaround on bid aligned with the option we picked. When the team showed up to do the install they did a fabulous job, and Chris dropped by to make sure everything was going well.
Jonah and Kyle were wonderful--extremely polite and professional. They worked very well as a team, and kept me informed every step of the way during an eight-hour job that involved trench-digging and laying conduit and wiring between a detached garage and my house. Artisan was great to work with again. This was our third project with them. We had an unusual angle to install a ceiling fan and some frustration with parts. Artisan was patient and didn’t charge us until all work was completed. Our technician, Jonah, was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
