While my home was technically built by Quality First, I’ve had to endure the terrible customer service and communication that is Artisan Craft Homes since 2021. Ray Yunker accosted the contractor that was installing my fence and created dangerous conditions that resulted in personal injury to several individuals during snow removal of the shared private drive. Not an actual customer (ACH still profited from our homes sale) still put through the wringer due to a previous "partnership" Ignores people for months. Refuses to actually talk to us to set up our driveway agreement. slipped on our driveway twice last year and landed straight on my back. So clearly an issue of .
