5 year old Artisan home. We have a plumbing issue that I was informed may be covered by the home warranty. Artisan has been incapable of returning my phone calls for 5 days to determine if this is in fact a warranty-able condition. Had to absorb the expense for repairs. Service after the sale is non-existent. Not recommended.
