Artisan did an amazing job installing our granite. Naila was great to work with. Very prompt at answering all my questions. Felipe and Junior does amazing work. If Felipe gives you suggestions, go with it. We are so glad we listened with our waterfall island. The way they made it look like one piece is just amazing in itself. Then when the sealer people came in and brought out all the detail in the rock was awesome Everyone was such a a pleasure to work with. Will definitely recommend.

From start to finish, my kitchen renovation with Artisan was top notch. They absolutely give red carpet treatment to their customers. I had several unexpected hiccups in the middle of the renovation with electrical and plumbing in my older house and the owner Jim went above and beyond to adjust schedules and make sure I could resolve the issues and stay on schedule as much as possible. This company was recommended to us and while the finished product turned out great, the planning and scheduling was awful. On at least two occasions, appointments were either cancelled or the contractor didn’t show up only to apologize for the missed appointment later. We were going to be away for the month of August and specifically let the Artisan specialist know that we wanted the work completed at least a week before our departure so that our general contractor could continue our bathroom buildout.
