Reno and his team did a great job at my house. I had some water damage coming from a water leak in my kitchen that ruined some of the cabinetry and flooring. After inspection the decision was made to remove the damaged cabinetry, and install a whole new set. My family and I wanted this to be as quick and painless as possible especially since this is during school time, everyone's working, and we wouldn't have a kitchen for a while. Reno and team do an awesome job with maintenance for my management business. I have used him for years on large renovations to small handyman jobs, and they can do it all quickly, and for a great price. The team is easy to get along and work with, and I highly recommend them for anything you might need. It's hard to find good quality workers in this area. I've been doing real estate management for over 5 years so I've seen all different levels --- they're the best.
As a property manager, building strong relationships with contractors is a huge part of my job. Reno and his team has been superb job thus far!
They were quick to respond quick to finish. As an out of state landlord Reno is my preferred contractor for my rental.
The bathroom upgrades that Reno and his team did for us were very clean and strategically done well. They do a good job and are very reliable. Reno kept us updated and always called me after they left the house when they were done with the day. Work areas were always free of clutter.
