Please avoid going to this location! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! AVOID THEIR ARTIST BRANDON BEAN! I REPEAT AVOID ANY SERVICES FROM BRANDON BEAN AND THIS LOCATION! I went in after hours and their artist was still late for the appointment. After getting tattooed from the location my tattoo was infected! Shawn Havron works at Artisan Tattoo 5720 Hoggard Rd suite b, Norfolk, VA 23502 I paid $600 for this. He tattooed the blue background on my arm(only half was finished because of his poor work). He did it in 2 separate sessions. The 1st session he did the top with dark blue & he didn't leave room between the blue ink and the existing black ink.
