I could not have been more pleased with the service Jim provided. We made an appointment for the following day for him to adjust the gears on my bike, and the next morning I called to ask if he could do the same to my son’s bike, and he said “bring it on over!” We had a great time talking as he did his work. Very reasonable price, too. I could not recommend Jim and Artisan more highly!!

Jim provided great service. Bought a bike online and he had it assembled quickly and at a fair price. I'll definitely be back when my new bike eventually needs a tune-up or repair.

Stopped by this shop for a quote and I am so glad I had Jim work on my bike! I have a vintage bike which he cleaned up real well. Service was quick, honest, and affordable. Will definitely go back when I need a tune up.

I found Jim a couple of months ago when I ran into trouble assembling a bike that I bought online (horrible, horrible instructions). I took it to Artisan and he had it put together perfectly in about an hour. I then looked up his prices for tune-ups, and they were about 30-40 percent less than what the big stores were charging. Then, last week, my daughter crashes her bike and breaks the brake line and bends one of the parts on the back wheel. A friend of mine recommended Artisan Bicycle Co. after he did great work on my friend's road bike, so after I took a bit of a spill in the Arboretum, I called in the next day. Jim luckily had some time right then so I hopped over & within a few minutes my bike was tuned up, brakes adjusted & a courtesy check on the tires were all set. I will 100% be returning for tuneups, clean-outs & damage checks. Really knowledgable & a good guy. Thank you, Jim!
