Would have loved to experience a service here. Had an appointment at 4. Leah came out at 4:40 to let me know she had ten minutes left to finish someone else, with no apology from her for my time and the lateness on her end. They were almost an hour late to my appointment and her demeanor was as if it was okay. I had dinner plans I could not miss so I had to leave. Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.
I’ve really enjoyed my time here. Leah in particular is great and does not upsell you. I’ve gotten Microneedling, chemical peels, you name it. Also love that they carry skinbetter and BR products. They’re expensive but the whole experience is up to par with the price tag. Get a package or when they’re running promo. The place is beautiful too.
I had such an amazing experience at Artisan Beauté! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the kindest ladies! Caroline and Felicia made me feel so comfortable and cared for throughout my entire procedure. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and supportive, which made the experience not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for better hands to be in. Highly recommend!
Rachelle is amazing! I have seen her twice and could not be happier with the results! I still look like myself, but refreshed in a way that feels effortless and natural and not overdone. She is so lovely, warm, and knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped craft a plan to achieve my goal of aging gracefully! I highly recommend her!
