I have lived here the last 2 years and it has been amazing! The apartment itself is beautiful and in a very safe neighborhood. The property manager, Monica, is the BEST! She has always been super helpful, timely, and friendly! I would definitely recommend living here!
We lived here for 4 years and loved it. The building manager Monica and the maintenance staff are very helpful and always work to resolve thing in a timely manner. The apartments have high ceilings and all the amenities one would need. Parking is locked and gated so your car is protected. Its location has great walkability to the third ward and easy accessibility to Lake Shore State Park. I would highly recommend living here.
I have been leasing at this property for about a year and just renewed for another. Couldn't be happier. Great location, and the building is well-maintained. Most importantly, however, Monica, the property manager, is absolutely the best. She is incredibly responsive and takes care of her tenants. She is the #1 reason we're planning to stay quite a bit longer.
Lived here for 2 years and it’s a great place to live. Building manager Monica / maintenance are great. Very kind and easy to work with/accommodating. If you need anything she responds quickly even on weekends. Fixes any issues or maintenance requests within a day or 2 max. Quiet building never heard our neighbors. There is a train but we could not hear it from our unit which was facing purple door ice cream. Area is safe, awesome restaurants in walking distance great place to live
Having lived here for one year, I’m happy to say that Artisan Lofts is a great place to live. The property manager Monica is a pleasure to work with, her communication is top notch and she is very accommodating. The parking lot is very convenient, the building is in great shape, and the apartments are built well and have thick walls that shield outside noise. I would recommend Artisan Lofts to anyone looking for a place in Milwaukee.
