The Artisan Lofts in Walkers Point is a great place to live. Monica, the property manager, is great on communication and truly cares about the those who live here. Living here for 3 years I witnessed great security upgrades, quick addressing of maintenance requests, clean common spaces, and rent prices kept affordable and fair for the area. Great property for affordable rent, modern industrial vibes, and a great location. The property manager Monica was extremely helpful when anything would come up. High recommend and sad I had to move!
Absolutely beautiful building that is fairly priced for the area. Monica and the LCM management team are quick, communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend the Artisan for anyone looking for a downtown living experience.
I lived in this apartment building for a year and had a great experience! The location is perfect, you can walk to so many things. Monica (the manager) is amazing!! She’s always willing to help and answer questions if you need ANYTHING. The unit itself is new and up to date also. I would recommend living here!
