Artisan Lofts is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve rented from. Management is amazing and extremely helpful! The building is very well kept! My apartment itself was cleaned extremely well before I moved in. The apartments have nicely sized kitchens, living spaces, closets, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The public areas are very well kept and clean, too. Not to mention, the area is great! I highly recommend calling this place home!
A wonderful place to live! A very brief walk into the Third Ward and many great businesses nearby in Walkers Point. Both the units and shared spaces within the building are updated and well maintained. The property manager, Monica, makes the living experience here top notch.
I have lived here the last 2 years and it has been amazing! The apartment itself is beautiful and in a very safe neighborhood. The property manager, Monica, is the BEST! She has always been super helpful, timely, and friendly! I would definitely recommend living here!
We lived here for 4 years and loved it. The building manager Monica and the maintenance staff are very helpful and always work to resolve thing in a timely manner. The apartments have high ceilings and all the amenities one would need. Parking is locked and gated so your car is protected. Its location has great walkability to the third ward and easy accessibility to Lake Shore State Park. I would highly recommend living here.
I have been leasing at this property for about a year and just renewed for another. Couldn't be happier. Great location, and the building is well-maintained. Most importantly, however, Monica, the property manager, is absolutely the best. She is incredibly responsive and takes care of her tenants. She is the #1 reason we're planning to stay quite a bit longer.
