If you’re considering Artisan Air, do yourself a favour and run in the opposite direction. Their warranty “support” is a complete farce. The moment something goes wrong, they vanish. Instead of honouring their responsibilities as the installer, they shove you straight onto the manufacturer and wash their hands of the problem. And then there’s the administration. I called to ask if there was any chance of a quick replacement for our failed split system ahead of the forecast heatwave. We have young children who are sensitive to the heat, so I was simply enquiring and fully expected to be told they were booked out. Instead, I was laughed at and told there was “no chance.” The dismissive response left a very poor impression. I understand businesses can be busy, but basic courtesy goes a long way. Unfortunately, based on this interaction, I wouldn’t recommend this company.
Artisan Air were great to deal with and the guys on site did a great job.
