I provide hospice and home health services within Artis of Wilmette. I’ve had the privilege of seeing firsthand how exceptional this community is. The nursing team is top tier responsive, compassionate, and dedicated to providing the best care possible. Buyer beware. Artis of Wilmette is poorly managed and prioritizes profit over resident care. Within two days of moving in, my mother was unable to sleep due to a disruptive neighbor--an issue staff admitted was long-standing. The only solution offered was to downgrade her room or pay $1,000 more per month for a room originally quoted at the same price, a clear bait-and-switch. We moved her to another facility where she now sleeps peacefully. Artis cannot be trusted.
The facility is beautiful, the staff are always smiling. Josh has bent over backwards to be so helpful, patiently answering all texts, even after hours. Ramona and Emily, too are super responsive at all times. All the nurses and the whole team have been so welcoming, communicative and so amazing at making the move in process seamless. Thank you Artis!!
Artis has an incredibly dedicated staff and truly exemplify what it means to be thoughtful. They are extremely professional and considerate to their clients and other professionals. Always looking for ways to make the experience better for their constituents.
The staff is not only so friendly, but they are amazing w the patients. Always smiling and encouraging group activities and family environment. My mom loved going out to the B"hai temple and ice cream field trips! Thank you Artis and happy 4 years
