they dont really believe in being compassionte towards resident or employees and there alot of things the ed stephanie she says she will fix it when there is a issue with a resident or a family member want things done for there love one she always says yes we will fix it and still dont do nothing and doesnt know the resident well

My 93 year old mother loved staying here both for a respite stay and then permanent placement. Staff is warm and thoughtful. There was a fresh bouquet of flowers in my mother’s room and a cross stitched wall hanging. My mother often talked about all of her friends here because everyone made her feel welcome and included.
Wonderful place! A great team of professionals who truly care about the residents! I can see a change in my Mom - from being afraid to interact with people to becoming a social butterfly! Thank you Artis Senior Living of Branford!
