ARTIS is an awesome company to work with. Several years ago a vehicle ran into the front of the Food Pantry at the Linnton Community Center. The car crashed through the front window and severely damaged the wall between the Food Pantry & the adjacent child care center. We have used ARTIS for many landlord improvements (and our tenants have used them too) in a complex, mixed use development.
