I love Artipasta so much. Their Italian food is some of the best in Austin Tx. Their staff is always amazing, the owner is so kind, and cares deeply about the food and costumers! Definitely try them out at any location!
Katrina was so sweet and helpful. She works hard and honestly, should run her own restaurant. I will return for her customer service because she gave me what I asked for. I didn’t know what to order. She suggested items and was smart and right on point thanks Katrina for making my birthday better. Give her a raise!! Every thing is more expensive now. She deserves more!!!
This place likes to take itself seriously, but doesn’t realize that in order for a restaurant or a trailer to take itself seriously, it must take its customers time seriously, also. This place is as slow as a restaurant can be and shows no signs of being motivated to move any faster than they want to. I’m sure the food is good, but I didn’t have time to wait for it. One star for being completely freaking clueless.
