I drove two hours from upstate NY, to look at a 2015 Dodge Durango R/T they had. I arrived without an appointment, and was hoping they still had the vehicle on the lot. Honestly have never felt more welcomed and satisfied with an auto dealer as I do with Artioli. From the Owner to the sales folks to the service department. They all know you by name and want to do the absolute best for you. This vehicle was for my 17 year old daughter and being her first car and very nervous about getting her a reliable car, Artioli gave this car a complete run through and fixed anything and everything needed. What a great experience! I had the pleasure of dealing with Derek and Joe who both went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule along with getting me the vehicle I wanted. They both made me feel like part of the family, while providing incredible service!They took the time to explain in detail my options and got me the best vehicle! Don't waste your time at those other dealerships who feed ya along to make a buck off of you. Go see these guys I would recommend them all day long! Also Rob in finance is the man!
Not even 1 star id give it no stars. Worst service, did nothing to fix the car, still had to pay. This company is garbage.
