My wife came down and picked up our Pacifica after we had navigation installed. When my wife got there she ask if the could walk her through how to use the navigation. You know just a quick walk through. To which she was met with the answer no , Because we didn’t purchase the vehicle from them. Great customer service maybe Fiat Chrysler should rethink doing business with you guys.

Bought the car, less than 24 hours later open the hood, rod falls to the ground �. Gets seen in shop, have to order part..... I want to like the dealership but getting frustrated....
Both Ralph and Frank were easy to deal with, and took off the pressure of buying a new car. They understood our needs, and got us into the vehicle we wanted. Would highly suggest them for future cars, and service.
