I scheduled an appointment almost a month ago, paid a deposit, received several reminders about the appointment, only to show up the day of my appointment and there was a sign on the door that the office was closed. I didn't receive a phone call or text message that the office would be closed. Imagine waiting close to a month for an appointment, show up early, and they're closed.
