I had my first two appointments with this office and everything went great. Everyone is very kind and professional and Dr. Parhami is wonderful and gentle and the Assistant Lisa was great too. My Hygenist Marilyn is very thorough and gentle so I recommend this clinic highly.
Update: My recent experience with their receptionist is not a good one. Troll like texting and impersonating the office Manager Tima. Very catty behaviour towards me. Also very two faced. Proceed with caution. The dentist Dr. G condones her behaviour which is very disappointing after 22 years of attending this dentist office I don't feel comfortable going there or recommending it anymore. Dr. John Wiederholt is fantastic! He has very gentle hands and pays attention to the little things that others might miss. I had a cavity that I had been concerned about for over 8 months, but because it wasn’t clearly visible on X-rays, my previous clinics said it wasn’t anything alarming. Dr. John took the time to look closely and identified that it was actually an early cavity. the reception staff are amazing too!! always friendly and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful experience!
You get what you pay for. Best dental cleaning I've experienced in a LONG time. Was recommended this clinic by Gemini after having horrible experiences with private-equity owned chains and it lived up to the hype. Sandra was fantastic, thorough, knew what she was doing, and went above and beyond to leave my teeth sparkling clean. A+ experience.
Dr. Ghassabei and his assistant were very friendly and professional. Made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable my entire visit. Dr. Ghassbei was describing everything he was doing as he worked. It made feel very relaxed and time past quickly. I really felt his care, attention to detail and professionalism because he took the time to talk to me throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Ghassabei to anyone asking.
