This is a wonderful place to train and to get truly motivated! My friend brought me in on a free trial and I have to say I was hooked! I quit my old gym and the old cardio workouts. Life changing!! I walked through these doors weighing over 200 pounds and working out was not in my daily routine!! Running was definitely not on my agenda. They have taught me a lifestyle!! All I can say is that I LOVE this gym! I have yet to meet a single person in the gym that isn’t friendly, encouraging, and inspiring! I felt intimidated at first but the vibe is so welcoming that I quickly felt at home. Best fitness decision that I have made❤️
