Had an amazing experience with customer service, and love their product.
ArtiKen is an amazing company on so many levels -- beautiful products, great public service mission -- but what really stands out for me is their customer service. Great products and even better customer service!
A little over a year ago I bought a custom Artiken with my school’s mascot on it and hadn’t taken it off since. Yesterday while working at summer camp I jumped up to get a ball on top of a batting cage and sliced the side of my hand all the way down to my bone and had to get 10+ stitches the doctors also said it stopped centimeters away from my radial artery.
