I dealt with Ryan at Artik through email and he was incredibly responsive and extremely helpful. I was dubious, with everything being handled over email and through photos, that the end results would be as good as with the last provider our business used. And I was blown away by the final result. We ordered lapel pins that turned out even nicer than expected and better than from our previous provider. I would most definitely recommend Artik.
