I lost the center diamond from my ring and our insurance company used Artigem to repair the lost. Dawn at Artigem was so personable and knowledgeable that it was a pleasure to work with her through the replacement process. She made a couple of suggestions to insure that the replacement stone was more secure and selected a beautiful replacement diamond for the mounting. I couldn't be happier with the result. Thanks to Artigem and Dawn for a wonderful experience!

I received my replacement earrings yesterday thanks to Jeff Whiteside. The moment I received the initial phone call from Jeff I felt relief and knew my claim was going to start going in the right direction. He stated he would be with me every step of the way until the claim was finished and I had my replacement earrings. What I was most impressed about among other things was his phone personality. They were contracted by me through my insurance company to remake my wife’s ring. Even after laser scanning the original, they “made” a ring that looked nothing like the original or even the laser scan. When I received the ring , my wife hated it and thought it looked like a cheap imitation. I found out the ring they supposedly made was identical to a cheap knock off found on the internet.
