After damaging my wedding ring diamond, Jeff at Artigem, handled my insurance replacement so beautifully. Jeff was diligent and professional about securing a new stone and replacing it. My insurance company works with Artgem and I was a little nervous about the process and mailing my engagement ring with wedding band. Wow! Rest assured, I should have not been nervous at all. I lost the center diamond from my ring and our insurance company used Artigem to repair the lost. Dawn at Artigem was so personable and knowledgeable that it was a pleasure to work with her through the replacement process. She made a couple of suggestions to insure that the replacement stone was more secure and selected a beautiful replacement diamond for the mounting. I couldn't be happier with the result.
