On Jan6, 2023 I asked Artie Heating & Air to come out as my thermostats where not setting Emergency Heat correctly and wanted them swapped out or fixed. They said they need to be swapped out, and I had some old ones, and they replaced one with mine, but I required a new one. They offered an Emerson non-programmable low-end thermostat that would work with my heat pump for $120. I knew this was high but wanted to get this done and over with so authorized installation.
