My name is Alfred. I'm writing this review based on my experience of trying to establish a long-term business relationship. Over the past 3 weeks. I have been trying my hardest to be understanding, through them not responding, being late to return emails etc. I spoke on the phone with a guy named Theo about their 3d printing services. As a small dental lab here in SoCal we have been impressed with the customer service and level of commitment from the staff at Articon.
