I was concerned after seeing other reviews, but fortunately did not get food poison. Relatively cheaper compared to other brands nearby. We arrived early so there were no large crowds. Service was quick. Ordered artichokes pizza and Staten Island pizza at the kiosk and waited under 10 min to get the pizza heated up. The artichoke pizza was good, crust was thick and crispy, and the cheese was so rich and creamy. Who is this guy behind the counter, and how is he able to keep his job? The service can best be described as awkward and unprofessional. I ordered on the kiosk; then he waited five minutes before putting the slice in the oven; then he just hands me the slice....says absolutely nothing during this entire process.
Terrible pizza, terrible customer service.
STAY AWAY IF YOUR IN A RUSH Got three slices, waited 25 minutes with only three people ahead of me. Those people only had one slice each…what gives? Did I mention that they’re charging $10 a slice?
