I just got my first hot tub so having to learn fairly quickly on how to look after it. Jacuzzi have been very helpful in helping me understand about chemicals and explaining the maintenance schedule. The service dept have been twice around and they've been in-time and courteous. The service technician has been in touch which means I was able to talk to him and ask him certain questions that I had. Last, the sales team have also been very friendly. I purchased my new Jacuzzi hot tub from the Oakville location and have had a fantastic experience from the sale, site check, delivery and support. The tub has exceeded my expectations - the water quality has been exceptional and the jet massage has been over the top. I cant say enough about the after sales service with Jacuzzi. The entire experience with the staff at Jacuzzi Oakville was incredible! From the sales staff, to the delivery, to the start up - everything was easy and effortless. Not to mention the superior products that the Jacuzzi name brings with it.
