DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’ve never experienced such blatant dishonesty and incompetence. I initially contacted this company over a month ago to repair a mini split AC unit—during Louisiana summer heat, with a toddler in the house. They told me I needed electrical work done before they could continue. Fair enough—I immediately scheduled and completed that work with a licensed electrician.
