I got my eyebrows threaded and mink eyelash extensions. Eyebrows came out great! No complaints there. The extensions felt heavy, rigid, and have not stopped hurting. After examining actual extensions, it turned out I paid for a set of cheap ones instead!! They should not feel painful. She glued the extensions to my eyelids. My EYELIDS!! I’m not a professional, but I’m pretty sure they’re supposed to be glued to the lashes themselves?! I came to Pheonix to another salon. They were closed. I spoke with another woman at the front door waiting. She informed me this was her first time and Arti's, I should ask if they are accepting walk-ins. I totally understood if not. It's a pandemic. I asked if I could walk-in Arti said "No." I asked if could make an appointment. She told me no. She is not taking new clients. Even though the woman she was taking was a new client. I thought that was very discriminatory and unprofessional.
Arti is the best!! Love her work. Eyebrows and lashes on point. Has always done her job professionally and with patience. Love you girl!!
I Love Arti & her work ! Started at Walmart now to her own shop I will continue to go to her for my eyelashes & eyebrows 🥰
