She doesn’t know anything, only she can do is to refer your kid to other doctors.
I wish I could give this place 0 or -5 stars. The staff is incredibly slow and inefficient, and Dr. Arti Jain seems more focused on referrals than providing knowledgeable care. After our last visit, filled with delays and vaccine shortages, I decided to switch doctors. The nurse administering the vaccine was inexperienced, panicking when my child cried, causing a painful delay in the injection. Waiting for over 30 minutes has become the norm at every visit. WORST EXPERIENCE EVR!! This doctor only cares about making money!!! to answer a brief question, her team forces you to make an appointment (either online or in-person). My child was so sick and she wouldn't answer my question unless I make an on-line visit after hours. I had to wait till evening to see the doctor in order to get my answer. She was eating DINNER while talking to me!!!!! We have been visiting Dr Arti since last 2 and half years and have excellent positive experience with her. We started visiting Dr Arti for our son 2.5 years back; since was very patience and answered very bit question we put forth. We were so pleased with her dealing, approach and treatment that we recommended her to inspect our new born daughter during delivery as pediatric visit to the hospital. Dr. Jain is FANTASTIC !!!! She is extremely patient, gives a lot of time to understand our concerns and Listens. She is very Knowledgeable. She connects well with the Kids. For last 2 years since we moved to Bay Area, we just Trust Dr. Jain for all our kid's health checkups and concerns. My Kids are very comfortable with her. Dr. Jain is also extremely accommodating. Her staff is very polite and helpful. Dr. Jain is an amazing person.
