I rented a U-Haul cargo van at the end of July; Denise went above and beyond to secure the van I needed for the date I required, along with the supplies I needed. I highly recommend Denise and Arthur's Self Storage in Green Brook, NJ!
Unfortunately, an otherwise pleasant exchange was completely marred by the actions of one bad apple. When I arrived in the morning for my pre-arranged appointment for self check in of a U-Haul van, the keys were not available to access. I called the help line, & they were very gracious, offered an extra credit for my inconvenience, & said I could wait until 10 am (2 hours later) when the facility opened or I could go somewhere else.
