I had reserved a contactless U-Haul pickup for 8:00am and they failed to adequately prepare the truck I reserved for that. Since they open at 10:00am, this totally screwed over my moving plans.
Tina was very nice and informative. Definitely would recommend anyone to rent storage areas here.
