Got me an appointment at first opening. Short wait time in office plus they kept me informed of progress, showed me the issue while car on rack. Two best things were very pleasant staff, and for this particular issue, i was not charged--almost could not believe it. No up-selling and honest evaluation of the need to spend anything on the issue. Explained options and gave suggested course of action. Another reason I am a come-back customer.
Chris was on point when setting up a time to get our car in for an inspection. The inspection itself was extremely detailed and presented in a full digital review that let us see everything that was looked at with pictures. Staff is friendly and they know their stuff when it comes to Subarus! If you need service or inspection in Portland, definitely bring it here!
Place told me that they had to do all this stuff to get my key FOB to work with my immobilizer, including a complete replacement because I wiped it clean when I replaced the battery, gave me an estimate of $1,950. I spoke with a locksmith and he said that the immobilizer will never be wiped clean…. long story short, locksmith reprogrammed my key FOBs and replaced the chips, $220 later the issue was fixed.
