HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Arthur is a scammer. Like dealing with a used car salesman. Charged us for parts and labor and problem persisted. Refused to fix problem, told me to take him to small claims court & to find another technician. Also doesn't accept credit or debit payments, only check??? I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!
I've called today to schedule a service to repair my washer, dishwasher and stove. A woman picks up the phone, after booking a time I've asker her if they have insurance and liability since my condo association requires that she responded that she was not "going to get into that info", got very rude, unprofessional, told me to call somebody else and hang up the ohone on me! wow I am stunt!
My washing machine filled with water but then wouldn't start. I called Arthur's and spoke with Danielle who answered the phone and was very polite and knowledgeable about the company. She got me service a few hours later. Tim came and told me what was the problem, fixed it, and now I am a happy camper. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ARTHUR'S APPLIANCE, you will not be disappointed with their quality of service. In today's economy it is hard to find good reliable customer service. I found it!!!
I called regarding my washer, which has been leaking for some time. Darius came out at my convenience and was prompt. He diagnosed the problem with ease and explained it in layman's terms. His advice was that it would cost more to fix now than to replace when it dies--I have a real feeling another repairman would have not offered that as an option, and just fixed it anyway, no matter the cost or how long the fix would hold. Very nice to work with, the lady that answers the phone is very pleasant and always keeps you updated. The service techs were very professional and very nice. Thank goodness they asked about my dryer line as it was clogged full of stuff and as one of the techs said "he felt like he saved a life today" and I feel strongly that they had as it was just a matter of time until a fire started with all that lint that was in there.
Called on Monday @ 9:00amdarius a service tech was in my house within a hour. I appreciate the work n the dryer inspected and fixed Great tech
I was very pleased with the service I received. Arthur was friendly,respectful & very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had my refrigerator up and working in no time, thankfully. I would not hesitate to use his service in the future. I would definitely recommend using this company.
