Great Experience! We took some old silver flatware to trade. They were very courteous and took the time to make sure we got a fair price. Mr. Yates even showed us how to test the silver content. We would go there again.
Wrong, Rude & Sloppy – I have had the misfortune of dealing with these folks to service my Rolex and repair a gold braclet clasp. The crystal they replaced on the Rolex was a knock off imitation. They did not tell me it would be ahead of time nor when I picked it back up. They got glue on the inside of the watch and refused to do the job correctly. I ended up having to ship the watch back to switzerland to have Rolex make the repair. My other item, a gold braclet was fixed incorrectly as well. The clasp had a notch so that i... read more
