We love Arthur Williams Optical! The services they provide are stellar. I greatly appreciate the professional care, and the help in selecting new frames. All staff have always courteous, kind, timely, and helpful for my eye care and glasses, and for my nine year old son. They always go above and beyond in helping! Highly recommend!

Worst service I have ever had! They took forever to provide a sample of the contact prescription!! The dr. Saw me twice for adjustments and never got it right.... Uggh! Such a waste of time and money! They bill you whether you are happy or NOT!!! Beware!!!
I have been going to Arthur Williams Opticians for over 15 years and can't imagine why people go anywhere else. Everyone is very helpful and always willing to give feedback and help picking out frames, they are not there just to make the sale, and they make you feel good about wearing glasses and what you select. Deb, Mona, Ruth and Jenna are all great to work with, very professional and knowledgeable!!!!!
