I had a great experience, my daughter had been experiencing pain for over two years, she had seen other doctors that just wrote her off because she was young and happy. Other doctors didn’t even examine her, I didn’t even have to tell Dr. Moore about our struggles for him to care. He did his examinations throughly. Figured out what our issues were and corrected it. It was such a relief to finally have someone care. I will 100% recommend him to anyone.

This doctor needs to get better staff. Not sure what’s going on. But no one answers the phone, returns calls, or seems to have ever heard of the word “empathy.” When I finally got a hold of someone, it sounded like I was inconveniencing them by trying to ask a question. It’s a headache just dealing with the doctor’s incompetent staff. With the amount of qualified people looking for jobs today, I’m confused as to whats going on at this office. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place isn’t worth it.
Dr. Moore is a dental specialist with a strong focus on whole-person health. I highly recommend him for TMJ-related concerns, which is the reason we sought his care.
This place makes zero sense called to schedule and they said the scheduler is on vacation there and there other person for that Dr quit there are two people that are working there that do scheduling for other Dr’s if someone is on vacation someone including the damn supervisor should be able to step in and schedule apointments I hope the Dr is better then the customer service I have received so far this is bad practice
