Bummy place, cats ALL over the canal, the gate DOES NOT work. Lived there for 4-5 years. All of my friends moved out until I moved out too. The only joy was David, Kyran, and my mom, Management Sucks btw and they raised my mom's rent to $2700 A month. W electricity box btw, great hang out spot. Also once a girl killed a cat infront of people
Kingswood has been super supportive and patient with us on our deposit and has held our apartment for us while working with outside agencies to get finalized paperwork done. I'm incredibly grateful for Sydney and Mikayla in the office. They really seem to care about the situation we are coming from and have graciously put up with our regular check ins.
