Not sure why somebody would leave a 1 star review... These people are all super nice and knowledgeable. They are truly a part of the community.
I’ve been complaining about a water leak for over a year, they have yet to send anybody out to look for it. And now I’m getting hit with a $300 sewer bill, because they bill off of the water reading. When I called to complain about that, she decides to inform me that water and sewer are not together, and that I would have to contact them for their bill. The sewer lady was very nice and went into detail how the water company knows exactly what I was talking about. And they do know that sewer is tied into it. They just don’t c... read more
