They haven’t sent bills out in over six months and expect everyone to just know exactly what their bill should be. They finally send a bill the day of your water getting cut off but even if you pay it before they come out they’ll shut off your water and you’ll still have to pay the reconnect fee. A they’re not like the water company in Morristown they won’t put the reconnect fee on your water bill.
