I recently went in for what I believed would be a fully covered preventative care visit, as outlined by my insurance plan. Dr Skidmore is a very kind and caring Doctor for your needs and comes highly recommended.
After my recent exam I had to leave a review. I’ve been seeing Dr. Yenari for many years but on this visit I was appalled at the behavior of another patient. This woman began yelling and throwing things at the receptionist. The nurse quickly brought me back to the exam room to avoid this woman’s inexcusable tirade. They had to call the police because she wouldn’t leave. The poor nurse must have been upset but never showed it and was so pleasant that I had to leave a review. I made a new patient appt and just came in for my appt. First, I was berated for not having my new paperwork filled out, which I never received because I just made the appointment two days ago. She said they mailed it. She then proceeded to have me fill out the paperwork which took me about 15 minutes. I was a half hour early for my appointment. My wife didn’t even get to see the doctor. The receptionist had a nasty attitude and doesn’t know what she is talking about. My wife’s insurance doesn’t require a referral and the receptionist in a nasty tone and demeanor insisted she did. Receptionist had the worst bedside manner.
I’ve been a patient for 10 years. I’ve been well managed. Last month I went into Afib (on the week-end) and found out quickly there is no on-call Dr. in Dr. Skidmore’s practice.Every cardiac office MUST have an on-call Dr. So looking elsewhere.

This response to my questions speaks for itself I cannot tell you enough how distressing your portal messages are to me. This is not a good relationship. You must think I am an idiot. I have been doing this for 35 years. I work 14-17-hour days dedicated to my patients (and missing critical parts of my family's life). You google stuff off the Internet and think you are brilliant.
