We were purchasing a home built by AR Homes several years ago in River Club. Nicki was incredibly helpful providing information confirming wind mitigation, property survey and termite abatement system the seller did not have. The home itself is beautifully designed with high materials and workmanship, but the service years after the sale tells you a lot about AR Homes commitment to their customers. We are so grateful for their willingness to assist us and will always sing their praises as we entertain in our new home.
My wife and I think that Beachland / AR Homes is the best "attention to detail " builder in Indian River Shores. Their professionalism exceeded our expectations and we are extremely satisfied and happy with our home at the River Club. We have built 3 homes in Vero Beach and several others around the country and have had no better experience than AR Homes (Beachland Homes, Vero Beach; we built in River Club in 2023/2024). The Sales Team (we dealt with Bethany Butler) and the team who we worked with during construction were easy to work with and we always felt they were working in our best interest. Now, 6 months after closing, we could not be more pleased.
We had a wonderful experience working with the AR sales team. They were highly professional and extremely helpful throughout the sale process.
