From start to finish, outside of a few bumps in the road, Our house turned out awesome. If you’re looking for a true luxury house built to last. Beach land/AR homes I would highly recommend.

We were purchasing a home built by AR Homes several years ago in River Club. Nicki was incredibly helpful providing information confirming wind mitigation, property survey and termite abatement system the seller did not have. The home itself is beautifully designed with high materials and workmanship, but the service years after the sale tells you a lot about AR Homes commitment to their customers. We are so grateful for their willingness to assist us and will always sing their praises as we entertain in our new home.
My wife and I think that Beachland / AR Homes is the best "attention to detail " builder in Indian River Shores. Their professionalism exceeded our expectations and we are extremely satisfied and happy with our home at the River Club.
