I am a resale purchaser of a Bob Wilson Home franchisee of Arthur Ruttenberg Homes, Im not the customer he built for. But that shouldn't matter when a home is only 3 years old and the driveway and lanai pavers are sinking. I had Bob at my home to show him. His reply is this is built on sand. Anyone knows that the earth must be prepared prior to laying any finished surface no different than prior to pouring concrete footings or slabs for the home. I was impressed with Bob's work from start to finish. His knowledge and personal commitment are excellent. Even (several) other companies in town told me how much they enjoy working with him. If there is a better home builder in the area, I challenge you to find him!
