We had a terrible experience, even by residential construction standards, buying from Monterey Bay, the other AR Homes Charlotte area franchise. While this is a different franchise, they are all under the same AR Homes brand and quality umbrella, and let’s just say the standards AR Homes demands of their franchises don’t seem very high.
