I went to the gym today to ask about getting a guest pass and the woman working the check in counter was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my family. She chose to respond to my question with annoyance and hostility that the people who do guest passes left at 4 and we should’ve gotten here earlier. Just went here with my brother who is a military service member and his wife, my brother asked for guest passes for us and was the woman at the check in front desk mocked him and was extremely rude, we are very disappointed by this, especially because my brother was very respectful, it’s a shame that military service members are treated this way bringing shame to the brand of the ymca
