I have developed a habit of coming to use the workout machines that are preset to a position and with weights the trainer helped fit to me. I don't have to mess around with the machines, just log in and it sets up for my workout! Love it.
We love our Y! What a great place. The staff is always so kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There is so much to do there, for people of all ages.
I really look forward to Zumba on Monday and Wednesday night. Great instructors.
